This is an amazing post…due to the extraordinary high number of lies in it.

The eagle doesn’t live up to 70 years, its lifespan is actually less than HALF of that.

The talons don’t get blunt.

The beak does not get blunt. Who do you think made it, Pakistan?

The feathers do not get heavy or stick to the chest. Birds moult and shed their old feathers regularly in a natural process. Eagles have no need to pluck off their feathers.

Breaking the beak and talons is impossible for any bird to do voluntarily. It’s about as easy as it would be to break our teeth by hitting them on something using only the force of our head, and pulling out our nails using our teeth. Even if magically it was done, it would kill any bird, especially the eagle. The blood loss would kill it the quickest. If not, the infection would kill it soon enough. Wild eagles in general have no access to antibiotics. And finally, the bird would starve to death without the beak to hunt with, unless the blood loss and infection didn’t do the job sooner.

The regrowth of the beak, if at all, is not fast enough to have a new one in a matter of days so that’s another lie.

Also, if the beak comes out in a matter of a few days, how could it take it months to pull out all its feathers? That process should be done in a day. If it was possible. Which it is not.

Finally, why does it die 30 years later? It could do the whole process again and compete with God for the longest time spent without dying. Matter of fact, since human tissue, bones, hair, nails etc. all regrow, maybe the people who believe in this post should break all their bones and pull out their teeth and nails when they hit old age, and get a life extension and become immortal.

This is a viral story on the internet and is almost definitely not taken from Arab literature so that is the last lie.

It is bullshit like this which makes us lose credibility. It is wrong to feed anyone lies even if to convey a good point. This is like all those fake ahadees and Quranic verses which we see on the internet, being shared for an ostensibly good purpose. This is like those photoshopped pictures where we see Allah, Mohammad (pbuh) or Ali (R.A) etc. written in clouds, within fruits and vegetables etc.

Please be reasonable. Please have the courtesy of verifying facts before you believe in them and, more importantly, share them. Sense should always prevail. It is always the mindless sheep who are lured into believing whatever the smarter, insidiously inclined people want, whether it is radical Islamic beliefs, or anything else which is irrational. There are enough idiots in the world already without more people swelling their ranks.
